Financial Assistance

Returning Volunteers:

If you've been on 4 or more service trips with CeCI, pay only $450 for your future trips. If you qualify send an e-mail to trips@ceciskids.org (subject line: Returner) before your trip to arrange your discount.

Consecutive Trips:

Some of our volunteers come down 2 or 3 weeks at a time which means they register for consecutive trips. If you come for more than 1 week you do not pay the full trip cost. These trips must be consecutive and does not count for volunteers who come, for example, 1 week in August and 1 week in December.

Week 1: $650 or $750 (depending on when you register)
Week 2: $375
Week 3: $375

Incentive-Based Discounts:

CeCI offers incentive-based discounts in order to help you meet the costs of your trip. Email info@ceciskids.org if you have any questions.

I. As a thank you to those who help us plan ahead, you will get a $100 discount for registering at least 2 months before your trip. After you pay your $150 deposit you will only owe $500. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

II. Should you qualify for one of the incentives below, send an e-mail to trips@ceciskids.org (subject line: Discounts) before your trip in order to arrange your discount:

If you recruit 5 first-time volunteers, you receive a 50% discount on your trip. If you recruit 10 or more first-time volunteers, your trip is free! Simply pay airfare.
If you fundraise $1,000 towards a campaign on myProjects you receive a 50% discount on your trip. If you fundraise $2,000 towards a campaign on myProjects you will receive a free trip. Simply pay airfare. These funds must be fundraised between January and December for the particular project you are supporting
