Airport and Pickup Policy
In an effort to reduce costs for our volunteers as much as possible,
CeCI allows volunteers to book their own flights to Honduras instead
of booking flights as a group. This complicates logistics for us, but
saves you money (as much as $300).
Please also note that we track all flight times prior to your arrival.
If for some reason a change occurs DURING your trip (i.e., you miss
a connection), please text us or call us at 011-504-9637-3088 to
inform us of these changes.
- After you arrive, you will go through immigration and customs.
This process is sometimes lengthy. Don't worry, CeCI Staff will be
waiting for you! Please keep in mind that there are often other
volunteers arriving on flights with a time close to yours, so please
be patient as you may need to wait at the airport for others, at
times for as long as an hour.
